Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to everyone who uses https://www.jobmili.com and the Jobmili app, which are run by Jobmili ("Jobmili", "we"). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them.

1. What Jobmili does

Jobmili is an online job board. Employers post jobs and job seekers apply to them. We are not the employer of any job seeker and we do not guarantee that any job will be filled or that any applicant will be hired. Employers make their own hiring decisions.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• Give your real name and a mobile number you use. One person or business, one account.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.

3. Job seekers

• Jobmili is free for job seekers. No employer may ask you for money to apply, interview or join.
• When you apply to a job, the employer can see your name, mobile number, profile and resume.
• If you turn on "Show my profile to employers", verified employers can also find you in search.

4. Employers

• Post only real, current jobs that you are hiring for, with an honest salary range and location.
• Never ask job seekers for any fee, deposit or payment. Jobs that do this are removed and the account is closed.
• Use candidate details only to hire for your jobs. Do not sell, share or misuse them.
• Follow Indian labour laws, including minimum wage and anti-discrimination rules.
• We review jobs before they go live and may edit, reject or remove any job.

5. Paid plans

Employer plans, prices and limits are shown on the Pricing page. Prices are in Indian rupees plus GST. Payments are handled by a payment gateway; we do not store your card or bank details. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Things you must not do

• Post false, misleading, illegal or offensive content.
• Copy, scrape or download data from Jobmili in bulk.
• Try to break, overload or get around the security of the site.

7. Removing content and accounts

We may remove any job or profile, or suspend any account, that breaks these terms or that we believe puts job seekers at risk. Report anything suspicious with the "Report this job" button or by email.

8. Limits of our responsibility

We work to keep Jobmili safe and accurate, but we cannot check every detail of every job or profile. To the extent the law allows, Jobmili is not responsible for the actions of employers or job seekers, or for any loss from using the site. Our total liability to an employer is limited to the amount they paid us in the last 3 months.

9. Privacy

How we use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site means you accept the changes.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
